Eligibility

  1. You must own a multifamily (5+ units) residential building where you receive Con Edison gas and/or electric delivery service depending on the proposed project type.
  2. You have not previously received an incentive from Con Edison, NYSERDA, or another energy company for the same measure(s).
  3. If your building is part of the New York State Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP), it's also eligible.
  4. After you sign the application, a pre-inspection must occur, and a commitment letter must be sent back. Please note: installation cannot begin before this letter is sent, or the project will not be part of this program and will be ineligible for incentives.
