Eligibility
- You must own a multifamily (5+ units) residential building where you receive Con Edison gas and/or electric delivery service depending on the proposed project type.
- You have not previously received an incentive from Con Edison, NYSERDA, or another energy company for the same measure(s).
- If your building is part of the New York State Affordable Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program (AMEEP), it's also eligible.
- After you sign the application, a pre-inspection must occur, and a commitment letter must be sent back. Please note: installation cannot begin before this letter is sent, or the project will not be part of this program and will be ineligible for incentives.
