Fast Track Savings for Gas Measures
It’s now even easier to earn incentives on gas-saving measures, such as boiler cleanings, tune-ups, and replacements; pipe and roof insulation; and energy management systems.
Pre-war multifamily buildings (built before 1940) with 5–50 units may be eligible to receive up to $500 in incentives per dwelling unit.
Plus, we’re waiving pre-installation inspection requirements and requiring post-inspections for select projects only, helping applicants get their projects installed faster.

How to Apply
- Submit an interest form to be contacted by our authorized contractor, Willdan Energy Solutions. Willdan will provide you with information about incentives you qualify for and how you can apply for them.
- Complete the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program Application (PDF) and include any required paperwork. You can either email us your application package or fax it to 1-212-785-2343.
- Review and choose from the list of participating contractors who are eligible to install your upgrades. Find a participating contractor.
