RTEM works with your existing Building Automation System (BAS) and uses additional sensors and advanced analytics to:
- Visualize and manage your energy consumption and equipment performance
- Diagnose faulty equipment systems in real time
- Identify no- and low-cost operational improvements

- Improve occupant comfort and productivity
- Reduce maintenance costs and extend equipment life

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, your building must:
- Be a commercial, non-profit, or a multifamily building
- Have an average electric demand of 100kW or consume at least 800,000 kWh per year
- Portfolios and campuses of buildings that can meet the demand or consumption minimum threshold are also eligible
- Have Con Edison gas and/or electric service
- Have not received Con Edison BAS/BMS incentives for the same type of savings optimization
- Comply with all other eligibility criteria in the RTEM Pilot Program Manual (PDF)

Para contratistas
Funcionamiento
- Para solicitar el programa RTEM, complete y envíe el Formulario de solicitud de contratista participante (PDF) y el Formulario de acuerdo de contratista participante (PDF).
- Proporcione una demostración en línea del sistema RTEM a Con Edison.
- Envíe su Formulario de solicitud de programa (PDF) y luego espere aproximadamente dos semanas para recibir un Aviso para proceder de Con Edison.
- Instalar el sistema RTEM
- Envíenos su certificado de finalización de instalación por correo electrónico.
- Solicite incentivos en función de la energía que haya ahorrado
- Envíenos por correo electrónico su solicitud de incentivo con datos de tendencias que avalen los ahorros que afirma haber logrado. Con Edison verificará previamente sus ahorros antes de enviarlos si así lo desea .
- Con Edison revisará sus cálculos de ahorros y datos de tendencias y emitirá un premio de incentivo final.
