Benefits of LED lighting:

  • Longevity: On average, LEDs last up to 15 years.
  • Quality: Instant-on lighting doesn't flicker or hum.
  • Energy Efficiency: LED bulbs cost $1/year to run vs. standard bulbs which cost $7/year.
  • Color and Appearance: LEDs are available in a range of light colors that illuminate any space or product display beautifully.
  • Optimal Energy UseLEDs remain cool and use electricity solely to produce light. In contrast, standard bulbs convert 90% of their electricity into heat, with only 10% being used for light.
  • Versatility: LED bulbs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and most are compatible with dimmers.

We will reimburse distributors directly for the higher cost of eligible ENERGY STAR and DLC LED lamps, which you pass through to customers as a discount on their invoice. This allows your customers to purchase premium LED lamps at approximately the same cost of conventional standard-wattage products.

LED directional lamps are typically used for spot and track lighting applications in retail stores, art galleries, and museums and are an excellent substitute for halogen lamps. LED omnidirectional is very common in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and small offices. Installers should verify product eligibility on the ENERGY STAR website.

Participating distributors will get paid within 45 days of receipt of a complete and accurate invoice for qualifying lamps and fixtures sold that meets the terms and conditions specified in the Promotion Agreement.
