    Winter enrollment is from Monday, November 11, through Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

    Enrollment Process

    You must complete steps 1–4 to enroll.

    1. Complete the Enrollment Form starting on Monday, November 11, 2024, and email it. Open enrollment ends on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 (noon).
    2. We will email you an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the Negotiated Fuel Cost Program. Please follow the instructions on the cover page and email the completed and signed agreement by Wednesday, November 20, 2024. (Please note that you are not enrolled in the program until you have signed and returned the Transaction Confirmation Form described in steps 3 and 4 of the NFCP process.)
    3. On Thursday, November 21, 2024, if we have received your completed agreement, we will send you a transaction confirmation form showing your monthly fixed fuel-adjustment price and volumes you selected in the agreement.
    4. Once you have signed and returned the transaction confirmation form (Deadline: Friday, November 22, 2024), you will be enrolled in the program for Winter 2025.
