Energy Exchange Program
Who Is This For?
Customers are eligible for this program if their aging gas service piping is due for replacement as part of the gas service line replacement program.
Incentives
We will provide incentives of up to $20,000 for non-heating gas customers to replace their gas appliances with electric. The gas equipment will be removed and replaced with appliances such as:
- Ovens and stoves (doesn't have to be induction)
- Dryers
- Heat Pump Water Heater (less the $1,000 rebate from the separate Clean Heat Program)
- Electric panel upgrades
- Fossil Fuel equipment/piping removal

How it Works
- Submit an interest form. We will be in touch to confirm your eligibility.
- Choose from our list of approved contractors or have yours apply to participate.
- The contractor will visit your home, conduct a site survey, and recommend the right equipment.
- Once approved, the contractor performs the work and submits proof of installation.
