The Queens and Brooklyn Neighborhood Program is a special offer where you receive an additional $2,000 per kW saved, up to 100% of each measure cost, and up to 100% of the total project cost. For detailed information please visit our Commercial and Industrial Neighborhood page.
Eligibility
Please review the following requirements for eligibility:
- Customer must not have applied for or received an incentive from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), Con Edison, or another energy company for the same project.
- Project must be in an existing facility, either a retrofit or gut renovation.
- Equipment must be installed after the customer signs and submits a preliminary IOL from Con Edison, allows for a pre-installation inspection, and receives a Notice to Proceed from Con Edison.
- The Con Edison customer of record listed on the application is a directly metered commercial or industrial customer.
The Efficient Lighting Program reduced lighting-related energy costs by up to 90%— learn more about its incentive. Save up to 15% on lighting until November 30, 2024. You must submit a lighting project by December 31, 2024, to submit a project after that date, please go to the Instant Lighting Incentive Program.
