Please note that your eligibility tier provides the maximum incentive amount; your actual incentive will be determined in the Program Agreement (PA) stage, after you have received your energy service ruling. The incentive amount will vary depending on the maximum incentive eligibility level, total site costs, program budgets, and the general competitiveness of the project when compared to other projects.

Speed Bonus – must be a service adequate project that completes installation within 6 months of signing program agreement. Cannot be combined with Interconnection bonus.
Load Management Bonus – rules are under development, cannot be combined with Interconnection bonus.
Interconnection Bonus – Must have significant interconnection costs such as new service or block house. Cannot be combined with any other bonus.

Details All chargers must be “hardware capable” for ISO 15118 in order to receive a new Program Agreement as of 12/16/2023. Hardware capable means having the hardware necessary to run software features that can comply with the ISO standard. Full software conformance with ISO 15118 is going to be required by 11/16/2024. Software conformance means all features included in the standard are included and enabled such as plug & charge (any vehicle can pull up and charge immediately without a phone app, credit card, or RFID tag). |
