PowerReady Program Portal Documents
- Letter of Authorization Form (File will download) Authorization document to be signed by customer site host authorizing Con Edison to speak to developer/contractor about their project.
- Load Letter Blank Form (PDF)
- Application for Service (PDF) Required account application if project is requesting a new meter.
- Electric Checklist (PDF) Permit signoff required by the authority having jurisdiction.
- Contractor Certification Template (PDF) For all service adequate projects, a certification is required for work completed.
