To meet the growing demand for energy and maintain the highest standards of service reliability, Con Edison offers demand-response programs to its electric customers.
Con Edison, in conjunction with the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), administers electric load-reduction programs to manage energy usage during times of summer peak demand and throughout the year. In addition to helping maintain reliable service, customers who participate in these programs benefit from financial incentives, a reduction in energy consumption, technological support, and other benefits.
Read on for a description of each program and applications for enrollment.
